1.Insert UTF-8 3 bytes char with width = 1 cause wrong buffer attributes
cause BView::DrawString abnormally.
2.The convert_to_utf8() always return with zero dstLen, then the following
line of InsertChar() with do nothing.
The changes on TermParse::EscParse() need more testing.
