 Sorry, the link to r28617 above does not work in my browser. But in some
 email I saw that you had replaced en.catkeys with dstcheck.catkeys. What
 about those de.catkeys, fi.catkeys or fr.catkeys that will be generated in
 hta? There will be several de.catkeys in bin folder, for example.
