 More information:

  - my BIOS has 3 options for SATA operation mode: ide, raid and ahci.
 Tried the 3 ones with no luck.
  - tried to disable SMP, ACPI and IDE DMA in Haiku boot options: no change
 either
  - enabled to debug output. Here my CD drive + partition (name "Haiku",
 ISO9660) is listed, but it won't boot from it
