You can't enter KDL with the keyboard, but I never tried to enter it by
pulling out a flashcard. Will try that trick next.
I think the problem happens when the input-server starts and wants to take
control of the keyboard, because Haiku freezes approximately at the time
that the numlock-led on the keyboard should turn off.
