I experience the same problem when booting Haiku from an 11 year old
laptop harddisk (IBM DKLA-24320).[[BR]]
Once I tried to narrow it down, but got frustrated because sometimes (~1
in 10) the same release would boot without any problem. I therefore
suspect a race-condition somewhere...
