The context menu has one item "Download to /path/to/folder" which is
specified in the settings (which should get a "Browse..." button and
accept drops of folders BTW).[[BR]]
Then there's another item "Download to..." that also works as entry to a
submenu, like e.g. the "Open..." item of ShowImage. In that submenu are
either the history of the last couple of used folders. Or these locations
will also be specified in the settings. There's also an "Other..." entry
which does the same as clicking the item "Download to..." directly:l open
a save panel.
