Currently notification_server (and its preflet) utilize 3 separate
settings files (for each tab of the preflet -- general, display,
notifications) [http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/src/servers/notification/Notifications.cpp
src/servers/notification/Notifications.cpp]
It would be better to unify the settings into a single file.
