Hopefully someone can come forward. I need people like Phil and Tony to do a
lot of the sorting of stuff on the day because there is always loads of jobs to
do. I am normally up to my neck in it and I am playing with one of the bands.
Jobs that need doing:
Bucket collectors on the door.
Security for upstairs (Simon did a great job last year)
Nick. Link to the studio during changeovers. I know you have your show until 3

Steve and Tina. Presuming you will need the table for merchandise.
Compere master of ceremonies – Hope Rick can do this
Phil and Tony – general organising on the day although I know that Tony has his
show in the evening

on-site during the day, can do it in shifts? Or maybe we ask someone to
