Hopefully someone can come forward. I need people like Phil and Tony to do a
lot of the sorting of stuff on the day because there is always loads of jobs to
do. I am normally up to my neck in it and I am playing with one of the bands.

Security for upstairs (Simon did a great job last year)
Nick. Link to the studio during changeovers. I know you have your show until

Phil and Tony – general organising on the day although I know that Tony has
his show in the evening

O.K. thanks Nick, anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps we, or whoever is
on-site during the day, can do it in shifts? Or maybe we ask someone to
"volunteer" for the job? Maybe Phil or another keen member of the DJ
Fraternity?
