The chunks of playlist allocated to people was governed by the amount of
hours they were alloted in the schedule, there is roughly 45 minutes of
music per hour per person.
As such, there was about 4.5 hours worth of evening playlist allocated
to for Ali which I believe Tony now has.
If need be we can slice more bits of the playlist up should other people
become involved although, it's not a big problem. Just keep an eye on
what is left especially if people aren't going to end up doing as many
hours as was originally planned for them, they'll end up with a bit of a
surplus which we may want to pull back.

You beat me to this Andy and yes, the situation is unlikely to
change before end of broadcast.
As you intimated, its not going to be possible for Alli to do
a show at my house or enable me to set her up at her own house
to do a show. I know she is really disappointed.
I can cover the show for tonight, although I am pretty
exhausted since apart from Hastings Rock, I am still working
alebit from home and at St.Leonards Warrior Square. So anyone
else who wants to do a show tonight, please be my guest. It is
no problem to change the piccy on the facebook page.
Notwithstanding all before ....it would be better for the
listener to have some variety of presenter.
So please anyone who wants to cover the Monday late show,
please step forward. My only request is that it doesn’t go to
Phill The Bus..... its a long story. Hence I didn’t want to
post this on the DJ chat.

Morning all,
I thought I'd just add some thoughts following Boris'
announcement last night.
The main one being that as far as I can see it changes nothing
as far as HR is concerned.
Although we will be able to meet one other person from outside
of our household, this has to take place outside, so we're
still not allowed to enter other people's homes.
I know some DJs were hoping to co-present some shows, or even
invite other DJs to use their home studios, but I can't see
that this is possible under the Govt's new arrangements,
unless I've missed something. It doesn't look as though this
advice will change until after HR goes off air either.
Therefore we're going to have to keep to the published
Programme Schedule, as we can't be seen to break the Govt
guidelines.
(I am just about to send an email to the DJs updating them on
Robojock & will add this point as well)
I would like to make one suggestion though:
I know Ali Bolt was pencilled in to do a show on a Monday
night between 10-midnight, in case things changed. I know that
Sarah is covering this tonight, but maybe we could get someone
else to cover the final two weeks shows in that slot?
Would Miles like to do another Grunge Show? Or maybe we could
ask new HR DJ Martin Turner if he'd like to do it? Another
voice is always welcome.
