We have a Roberts radio on receiva and although it brought in the test stream
it won't connect now.

correctly. Tune in and vtuner seem ok. My Roberts internet radio which uses

If you check the help page - click link in footer - the three there should be
working. Also Reciva internet radios (early Roberts etc) should work.

track... upshot is if they can tune in and get the promo stream then they
should get the broadcast when it starts (I seem to recall the switchover wasn't
instantaneous for some of the services but that's out of our control). If they
can't... well likelihood is they won't. As we now maintain a permanent stream
presence all year we no longer contact any of the stream providers and tell
them to do anything different come the broadcast.
If memory serves once we get going the direct streaming links are on the
website.
