Nick,
If you do a 'refresh page' in your browser (usually the circle with an
arrow on it) and hold down 'shift' at the same time, that should clear
the cache for that page.
It may be you can set your browser to not cache any pages which would
prevent to problem happening in the first place but how you do that
(assuming you can) depends on the browser. You would need to check in
the help for the browser you use.
Another thing that might help would to clear cookies when you shut down
the browser which will help it forget things. All browsers offer the
ability to 'clear cookies on close' and it is usually set in the
'security and privacy settings' area of the browser. Note that this
will clear everything such as stored passwords etc so you would need to
enter these each time you revisit a website after the browser is
re-opened. Not a bad thing though in my view.

I think its Time to announce on Website and Facebook that we have
been awarded the licence for FM in May and that will be our next
broadcast .( May 1st-28th )
Theres no need to say no Xmas Broadcast as that is negative .
I can update the placeholder, as the one i done before was rushed and
is awfully bad .
