I drove along the sea front and apart from a few small patches it was pretty
good all the way along.
Its quite a challenge for signals to get down on to the sea front.
Knowing my house and when I used to do Amateur FM radio on 2m, the strongest
signal will be to the West and Eastbourne direction.

Well... in theory nothing but it should have established a connection here
but I don't see it. So when you say "connected" does that include network
cable? If so are there leds on the network port on the pi? Should be two....

Just for information..... I measured the length of network cable needed
..... with a tape measure this time.... Nick did it with his legs last
time!
30 metres. If it can be delivered to my house this week sometime I can
string it up during the week to save time on Saturday morning.

In terms of connecting up the audio feed, you shouldn't really need me,
all the bits are there and it's pretty obvious: Network cable to the
blue box, USB from that to the white box, then audio leads from this to
the transmitter. Finally, power to the blue box.
It's currently setup to relay audio from your PC Nick, so you'll need to
leave something streaming on that in order to hear anything out the
other end. Once it's networked, I can get in remotely and point it at
the main feed.
