I think it's an excellent idea to let them be an outlet for our t-shirts. That
will give us 4 outlets in total which is plenty for the amount of t-shirts we
will have. We are hoping to get them during the week before we come on air.
With regard to the competition for tickets to TCM I think it should be someone
on daytime every week either myself or Ralph and I am quite happy to do it if
required.

Some while ago we had a rule that only people advertising with us could
supply t-shirts due to the large amount of publicity it provides. I know
anyone who sells is helping out in any case but this was a rule at one
time.
Of all the advertisers I have ever dealt with, they are the only ones
that contact me prior to broadcast. Most do not even reply after I have
seen them or after repeated requests. Anyone who has attempted to sell
advertising will know this feeling! They are the one exception, I am
sure because they are so enthusiastic about the station.
So I think they should be given the opportunity if possible. They say
they will display our t-shirts at their counter, in the entrance to the
museum together with several posters and a radio will be playing HR
amidst it all. So, thoughts please as I wish to let them know fairly soon.
I realise we already have two outlets in the town.
