Hello Everyone,
This is to inform all of you that a new version of the
Version BIRD draft has been posted to the IBIS-ATM web
site:

Considering the huge discussion this BIRD draft generated
in the last meeting, I would like to ask all of you to
review this version before the next meeting so we could
have a meaningful discussion on it. I would also like to
request that we should not rehash old topics such as why
we need this BIRD. As far as I know, we have gone through
those discussions already and it was decided that this BIRD
was indeed needed for several reasons. Having that in mind
I would like to focus on the wording in this BIRD draft to
make sure it says what it should so we could get this voted
for submission to the Open Forum soon.
