Reviewing draft 4 of BIRD 155.1 I noticed that at the beginning in
the BIRD there is a change for the first sentence of Section 10.1.
I wonder if this is enough, though.  The entire Section 10.1 was
written with only three functions in mind and the addition of the
two new functions should probably be incorporated in this section.
I feel that we need to change more than just the first sentence.
