[ibis-macro] ALERT: Error found and fixed in DFE model of PyBERT. Please, update.

Hi all,

I recently found and fixed a rather egregious error in the DFE model used by 
*PyBERT*.
If you use this tool, please update to the latest revision (v1.8.0), at your 
earliest convenience.
