Hi all,

I'm happy to report that we have (finally) resolved the *Windows *PyBERT
installation issue!
You should now find that the quick-start instructions
<https://github.com/capn-freako/PyBERT/wiki/instant_gratification> work for
*Windows*, as well.
If not, please, do let me know, and I'll do my best to fix whatever is
still broken.

I would like to express my EXTREME gratitude to David Patterson, for
driving this Python 2=>3 conversion effort.
