[ibis-macro] ANN: release v0.7 of PyIBIS-AMI project.

This release:
- Allows for sending a filename in for the `channel_response` field of a
parameter initializer, making testing against several different channels
more convenient.
- Fills in the *Test Specification Gramar* and *Test Parameter
Sweeping*pages of the WiKi.
- Extends the examples in the *test_runs* directory with an additional
file, showing how to use the new channel_response file name capability.
- Adds an *Acknowledgements* page to the WiKi.
