[ibis-macro] ATM meeting time request

Hello everyone,
I received an email from India stating that the time
of our meeting is around midnight there which makes
it hard for them to attend. They are wondering if it
was possible to move the time of the meeting three
hours earlier (9 am Pacific).
For me personally this would conflict with the staff
meeting of my group, which might not be easy to change
either, so this would mean we might even have to
consider another day of the week.
Please respond with your preferences if you have any
so I can get a feeling for changing or not, and to find
out what the best days and times might be.
