Thanks for your response.  I tend to agree that "An error is an error."
I just wanted to check whether we really meant what is in
the spec, i.e. the clock times must increase monotonically
(and without repeated values) also during Ignore_Bits.

Arpad-

I know of no valid reason for a model to violate this requirement, even when 
there are extenuating circumstances or when the clock times aren't being used. 
An error is an error.
