Hello,

Here is an updated library file along with all the HSPICE
files to test the building blocks.

In this release I fixed the controlled C and L elements
so they are working again.

I also added the min/max/abs functions as VCVS, VCCS, CCVS
and CCCS, a total of 12 new building blocks.  This brings
the number of building blocks in the library to 53.

I changed the spelling of all of the building block names
to all upper case, and updated the top section with the
list of "to do" items, etc...

I added a couple of safety features to the IBIS buffer
models to limit some of the parameters so that they can't
be negative or zero to avoid potential numerical problems.

The main thing that is missing now are the PWL sources.
I will see if I can add them in the next few days.

I also changed the HSPICE .SP files and the VA "netlist"
files a little.  I broke them up into multiple files so
that less editing would be needed to test various groups
of library building blocks.
