Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with these drafts before the meeting. The only change I made to the draft of BIRD 127.3 was the addition of Rule #9 according to Bob's request. In the Sampling Rate BIRD draft I added words to section 3.2.2.2 to explain that the wave_size is determined by the EDA tool and the algorithmic model has to be able to work with any wave size the tool decides to use. Please let me know if there was something else I was supposed to change, or if you have any comments on these changes.
