Hello everyone,

Just in case you didn't follow the discussion last week
between me and Bob on the draft for BIRD 160.1, Bob
caught a few items which needed correction, and as a
result we have arrived to BIRD 160.1 draft 2.  This
document is posted on the ATM website:

I would like to encourage everyone to take a few minutes
to review this document and be ready to ask questions or
make comments in the ATM teleconference today.  I would
like to close the review discussions and take a vote for
a recommendation to the Open Forum today or the latest
next week.
