plus some additional Section 10.8 flow headings.

All,
I used Draft5 as the basis for some changes that instruct (in red) where
certain portions of BIRD201.1 are to be placed.
I rearranged the content so that Function AMI_Init is shown first in Section
10.2.3.
The remaining Section 10.9 content is arranged in the proposed order that it
would be inserted.
I changed the text BCI_Training_Mode "Impulse|Both" to (BCI_Training_Mode
"Impulse" or "Both") to try to be consistent with the existing material.
A few questions or comments are shown.
The REPEATER flows in Section 10.8, pages 263 and 264 might need bold titles
similar to those in draft6 for clarity. One of the Section 10.8 flows is
referenced in Section 10.9.4. I did not propose these additions in draft6.
