[ibis-macro] Cadence's IBIS-AMI toolkit v2.0 announcement

                                Greetings,

                                Version 2.0 of Cadence's IBIS-AMI toolkit has 
been posted in the IBIS-ATM task group work archive at:  
http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/macromodel_wip/

                                This update includes the following changes.
*       A second AMI model that complies with the IBIS AMI API is introduced. 
The model demonstrates a simple gain function that multiplies an incoming 
waveform with user specified gains
*       More intuitive naming convention in the waveforms that are obtained as 
outputs from the Cadence Tester Program is introduced.
*       Bugs related with memory allocation in the INIT call were fixed. Users 
got unpredictable results with the message passing mechanism in INIT.
