Hello Everyone,
Attached is a new version of my draft (indicated as “AM2” at the end of the
file name)
which is based on Walter’s comments to my previous draft (which had “AM” at the
end of the file name). Walter and I are in agreement on the content of this
BIRD draft.
There are only two things which should be addressed, which are indicated as
comments
on the margin. These involve changes to the drawings which I was unable to do,
since I
can’t edit the drawings.
Please take a few moments to review this draft and don’t hesitate to make
comments
or ask questions. I would like to move forward with this and get it ready for
a vote soon.
