Radek,
Thanks! I made three slight alterations below, but otherwise I agree
completely with your changes:
The Increment Format, for Usage In and InOut, defines a set of discrete
values not
smaller than min and not larger than max. Those values are defined in
increments
of delta with respect to typ, as typ + N*delta, where N is any integer
(positive,
negative, or zero) for which the value satisfies the expression min <=
typ + N*delta <= max.
The signs of typ, min, max and delta shall be positive and the relative
values shall
be min <= typ <= max.
If we receive no objections during today's meeting, I will submit this text as
part of 187.3.
Thanks again!

Hi Michael,
Please consider the following text.
The Increment Format, for Usage In and InOut, defines a set of discrete values
not smaller than min and not larger than max. Those values are defined in
increments of delta with respect of typ as typ + N*delta where N is any
integer (positive, negative, or zero) for which the value satisfies the
expression min <= typ + N*delta <= max. It is required that typ, min, max and
delta are all positive and that min <= typ <= max.

Please find enclosed a draft BIRD187.3 for review/discussion in the IBIS-ATM
Task Group.
If this meets with general approval, I can submit it to the Open Forum after
the ATM meeting.
Thank you!
