Arpad:  Review the documentation (annotation) in the macro libraries.
        - deferred until a demand arises or we have nothing else to do


4)  Analog BIRDs discussion
    - It seems from the Summit discussions that we are "converging"
      towards BIRD116-118+129.  What (if any) changes do we need to
      make before recommending them to be voted on?
      - BIRD 118 should be generalized to allow any tree parameter
        (other than just the one in .ami files) to be referenced
      - we should find a way to include the content of these slides:

        to formally define the boundary conditions for the analog
        models
      - any other changes needed?

      - with the proposed changes to BIRD 118, we won't need user
        defined corner
      - do we want to keep the direct S-parameter instantiation
        under [External ***]?  If so, the handling of boundary
        conditions need to be defined better in the BIRD
    - How about BIRD 145?
      - does this need any changes before recommending it for a vote?
