Walter: Send example of "Framis" model definition

Arpad: Send *-AMS netlist examples pointer to AMS example code

Old ARs:
- David Banas: Report Xilinx position on LTI assumption for SerDes
- no update
- Arpad: Write parameter passing syntax proposal (BIRD draft)
for *-AMS models in IBIS that is consistent with the
parameter passing syntax of the AMI models

- TBD: Propose a parameter passing syntax for the SPICE
[External ...] also?
- Arpad: Review the documentation (annotation) in the macro libraries.

4) Continue discussion on Electrical Module Description
- Discuss the various points made in recent emails on the IBIS-ATM
reflector with the goal of coming to an agreement on "elements"
needed in EMD and their language format/syntax.
- A couple of quotes from Walter's emails:

Can we please officially poll the members of the IBIS ATM committee on
what
they would like to see this committee accomplish, and then lets direct
the
efforts of this committee to these goals.

- Is consistency a good or bad thing? What should we be consistent
with if anything?
- How are we going to go about getting "buy in" from Agilent,
Cadence, Mentor, SiSoft and Synopsis to support any new T-line
data formats?
- Any comments on Arpad's *-AMS netlist examples?
- ???
