I reworked BCI_ID to remove verbiage now provided by the File Naming BIRD
for defining "file name", except requiring BCI_ID to NOT include a file
extension (the model will provide this as required by BCI_Protocol).
There is a bit of new clarification therein to
- define "namespace" for subsequent referral in this BIRD's scope
- clarify that BCI_ID for different executable models in a channel may
require differing BCI_ID contents to direct them to the same namespace if
they do not already share the same working directory (EDA tool dependent).
