Is the latest version Draft 0.2 of 11 August 2009?
That version still needs some editorial work (Chapter headings, links
to non-existent pages and tables, font consistency, removal of
some spurious characters and text, library intergrity pg. 23,
and perhaps other work).
So the latest version needs to be put on the ATM website, and
a serious editorial pass is needed before releasing it for
IBIS Committee review.
