[ibis-macro] Macro library release of the day

Hello everyone,
Here is today's release of the macro library.
In this version I added 10 PWL sources, bringing
the grand total of library building blocks to 63.
These are the 10 PWL sources I added:
// IBIS_VCVS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_CCVS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_TCVS_PWL (p, n);
// IBIS_VECVS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_CECVS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_VCCS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_CCCS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_TCCS_PWL (p, n);
// IBIS_VECCS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
// IBIS_CECCS_PWL (p, n, ps, ns);
The name of the last tree of each group may look funny.
Their acronym translates like this, for example:
TCVS = Time Controlled Voltage Source
VECVS = Voltage Event Controlled Voltage Source
etc...
Please look them over so we can discuss them meaningfully
in the meeting tomorrow. The rest of the files are as
usual, testing netlists and HSPICE simulation decks.
