I noticed that the offset parameters are still only Format Float ( vs.
Format Float or UI). I'm willing to let that slide (we use Float/seconds).
As I noted awhile back, the similarly-purposed Rx_Clock_Recovery_Mean allows
both formats in IBIS6.0;
