[ibis-macro] Questions on CornerRange BIRD draft

Hello everyone,
Our discussion on how to associate the IBIS typ/min/max
corners with typ/slow/fast in the AMI Corner parameter
ended open in the last ATM teleconference, saying that
we should continue the discussion in email.
I would like to solicit any suggestions on how to approach
this issue for the BIRD draft I am working on.
