Enclosed please find rev. 4 of the draft BIRD, "Rx Deterministic Noise Support
in AMI", for review and discussion by the IBIS-ATM Task Group. Per today's
suggestions, this changes the names Rx_BoundedUniformNoise and
Rx_UnboundedGaussianNoise to Rx_UniformNoise and Rx_GaussianNoise,
respectively, along with associated clarifications in the definition text. No
technical changes are made.
Comments and suggestions on this version are of course welcome. If possible, I
would like to finalize the BIRD in next week's ATM meeting, to pass on to the
IBIS Open Forum for consideration.
