TI promised that they would provide an S-parameter model
for testing purposes to the ATM group. The attached email
from Casey (TI) delivered this promise.

As mentioned in the last ATM teleconference, TI is offering up this
example 4 port s-parameter model which represents the analog
characteristics of a transmitter. Please feel free to distribute this.
