This is to let everyone know that a new version of the
"Version_BIRD_2" BIRD draft has been posted on the IBIS
ATM web site:

In this version I revised the text according to the
discussions we had in the last ATM teleconference. I
asked Walter to review the new text off line and we
are in agreement now.
Please review the document so we could possibly vote
on it in the next ATM teleconference (on November 30)
for submission to the Open Forum. Comments are welcome
and appreciated in the meantime via emails on this reflector.
