All,
Michael recent e-mail indicates that we now have a prototype process for
submitting BIRDs and BIRD updates using Word instead of text files. Mike
has on the WEB site a PDF, and docx file that shows the difference between
BIRD 123.1 and 123.2. So I will withdraw the proposed motion.

I move that BIRD 123.1 be withdrawn, and BIRD 123.2 (AKA 123.3) be
