I’ve never used that method.
I do have a checkbox that will notfy me when its time to empty my trash,so
after opening trash,I check the items in there first,then I press vo-shift-m
and arrow to empty trash and vo space it.
when i send something to trash, i can either press command-delete or if i know
i do not want it again, command-option-delete
