[mac4theblind] Getting started with Mac Lion.

Hello,
I have been trying to come to terms with a Mac book pro Lion and so far I
have been unable to tame the beast.
Initially I was told that I could download Microsoft and the Voice over
would work with that. After finding out that this will not work, I am
trying to come to terms with Pages.
Does anyone have some useful tips which will help me become more productive.
Some pointers like :
Spellchecker
Adjusting and changing font
Cut and paste within a pages document,
Saving and reentering a simple pages document.
This would be enough to get me started.
However, any short cuts would be much appreciated.
