Aside from the speaker, there is a change in the 7.x Daniel compact voice.  I 
don't use it but used it while I was setting up the device before the hq voie 
kicked in.

I must admit using the 4 then going back to my 5 it was quite a bit louder. lol

I'm still concerned though even if the 5 is louder. The last thing I want to do 
is to update my one and only device and then struggle with understanding the 
compact voice. I don't use the HQ voice and the male voice is the only one I 
can actually understand with clarity, punctuation and in general for my day to 
day use of the device.
