[mac4theblind] Help With Menu Extras

Hello,
I am having some difficulties with accessing the options for a particular app
from the Menu Extras. The name of the app is Shrinker Desktop and it can be
purchased from the Mac App Store for $1.99. This is an app that is used for
shortening links with such services as Bitley and several others. When I launch
the app on my Mac the only way to access any of the functions of the app is
through Menu Extras but when I try to get to these options the Menu doesn’t
open.
I have tried a mouse click on the item and still no luck. Is there some kind of
Menu Extras magic that I am missing or what? I have this issue with several
apps that make use of Menu Extras on the Mac. Any help with this issue will be
greatly appreciated.
