Scott,
:-)
While focused on the app control option MM should bring up the context menu
extras menu if it doesn't you can use the trackpad commander and you can bring
up the menu bar and go all the way the right and you will find many extras
there and that may solve your problem as well
Also holddown control and click your mouse button if you have one and that will
work also if you just have a trackpad holddown control and press the trackpad
down to click it and that may work as well

Hello,

I am having some difficulties with accessing the options for a particular app
from the Menu Extras. The name of the app is Shrinker Desktop and it can be
purchased from the Mac App Store for $1.99. This is an app that is used for
shortening links with such services as Bitley and several others. When I launch
the app on my Mac the only way to access any of the functions of the app is
through Menu Extras but when I try to get to these options the Menu doesn’t
open.

I have tried a mouse click on the item and still no luck. Is there some kind of
Menu Extras magic that I am missing or what? I have this issue with several
apps that make use of Menu Extras on the Mac. Any help with this issue will be
greatly appreciated.
