hi, when you are in your library tap the device button just to the right of the
cloud button. You will be on the delete link and you should tap that. At the
far left next to the book you have stuck in your player is a second delete
button tap that button as well. Your book should now be deleted from the
player. If your player is empty in the device mowed everything is good. Go back
to the cloud library choose the book you want to read and double tap it. If
everything is going right your book should be downloading and you can tap it
again and played now. If this doesn't work and after you reinstall the software
it does not work I suggest that you call customer support to see if they can
give you any assistance. Good luck Directly

choose the player, the same old book stays in there. I even tried going to
that particular book and marking it as finished but it won’t get out of the
