Sarah and Eleanor, thank you both very much for your advice.

I downloaded the app and successfully managed to book an appointment using it.
In conclusion, I went to my nearest Apple store yesterday. They booked me in
seeing I've made an appointment obviously, through the use of the app before
hand. So I left the Bluewater store with a new battery for my iPhone 5 and
fingers crossed, my issue is resolved.

Eleanor, I'm in total agreement with you. I've always found that my nearest
Apple store at Bluewater to be most helpful both in the purchase of my MBP
there in 2011 and now my battery replacement in 2015.

Thanks again guys! :)

Daniel
