A welcome change is that when you load safari, assuming you don't change
the default settings, you'll be taken to a toolbar that has all your most
recent, and most frequently visited websites right there on the page, so
if you use the trackpad, you can just find where you want to go and give

I just updated to Mavericks, and I honestly don’t notice any appreciable
difference so far. Is the main thing that now iBooks is available on the
Mac? Even the horrendous things I’ve heard about using gmail with
Mavericks haven’t materialized yet. I’m certainly not complaining, just a
little perplexed! Maybe I just don’t regularly use most of the new
features? I’d be interested in anyone’s thoughts!
