I’m saving for one of these devices at the moment.
One thing I have noticed visiting the App Store is the way the price of a
computer when customising to your liking escalates dramatically when you add
more RAM or a bigger SSD drive.
With the 2 iMac machines here I was able to buy a basic configuration - 8GB of
RAM and 512GB ssd drive - and upgrade this later for a fraction of the cost
curtesy of my local Computer Shop - Apple Service Agent - at a fraction of the
cost Apple would have charged for the customised item.
So to the obvious question, can I follow the same procedure with one of these
new MacBook Pro machines?
