Interesting question so I thought I would try inserting a comment into a test
document and see what I found.
What I found was that I could read the comment if I used VoiceOver to browse
the document area however I had no way of knowing if I was skimming past a
comment.
I had to admit to not knowing all that much about Microsoft Word beyond the
fact that I do use Word for writing documents with my Mac and Windows Pmachines
and I’ve never experimented with inserting anything much into a document such
as comments until now <smile>.

Hello!
Is there any short cut to reading comments with VoiceOver in MS Word
documents on macOS?
I'll be gleed for any suggestions.
With best regards,
Piotr
