You might want to call Microsoft accessibility at, 800-936-5900, and ask
them about it. From personal experience, the Mac support can be a bit hit and
miss, but I have worked with a few very good representatives who were very
helpful. Perhaps, they might know of shortcuts or methods to work with comments.

Work with comments isn't so nice as on Windows.
